Here’s one from the archives – a candle rebranding/repackaging job. Our brief was to create something to stand out on shelf with a unique design.
After developing a new identity for Twilight, we created a range of packaging designs for their tealight candles, dinner candles and more, each featuring a recycled stock and custom die-cut window.
In order to connect consumers with the product directly, we very specifically calculated the size and positioning of the window for each product to allow it to be free of any perspex or backing and open up right to the product inside. This allows consumers to smell/feel the candles without them being able to fall out of the packaging.
We also generated a range of safety and usage pictograms for the reverses.
